I remembered when I was looking for a good spot to get a Nashville chicken sandwich someone mentioned Turtle Jack's so today I finally made it by to try one. It was very good. The chicken was cooked well and a decent sized piece. The Nashville oil sauce was also very tasty. It had just the right amount of brown sugar to give it the right amount of sweetness. Personally I would have preferred a bit more Cayenne to give it a bit more kick, but I do like my stuff spicy. All in all a good sandwich, but I think I still give the nod to Wicked Chicken although I wish they would put a bit more brown sugar in their sauce.
