Great Thai food

One of the first, if not the first restaurant I ate at after moving to Burlington was Thai Coconut. I remembered liking it, so not sure why it took me about 2.5 years to come back. We started with their coconut chicken soup (Thom Kha), and for our mains we had their mango chicken, pineapple chicken curry and beef pad see ew. We also split a Thai Iced Tea. Everything was great! My favorite was probably the pineapple curry. Really great flavor in that curry. We only ate half so looking forward to leftovers tomorrow (BBQing lamb burgers tonight).
