What a pleasant surprise Scaddabush was tonight. I've always thought it was like an Eastside Mario's type chain place (which, to be fair I've not been to either) but definitely much nice than I'd pictured. I wanted to try Marcianos but they were booked until too late so we went here. Not only was the ambience very nice, but the food was great. I went with a pesto and chicken penne, wife went with spaghetti with a marinara. Both had a lot of sun-dried tomatoes and a lot of fresh basil. The creamy pesto sauce was the best I've had in a while. Their tiramisu was the best I've had in a while as well. The only thing I wish was different is for around $28 for a plate of pasta I shouldn't have to add some bread. Definitely be back though.
