Finally checked off one of the boxes of the new Burger Boulevard, which was Rosie's. I got The Rosie, and added grilled onions (no extra charge - nice). The burger was solid. Good size and nice flavor with a good amount of cheese and produce. Still need to try Rudy (I have tried two of their other locations, and definitely a fan) but nice to have some good burger options in town. Side Note to the owner: I used the restroom on my way out before heading to a hike at Mt. Nemo and heard some interesting conversations coming from the kitchen. I'm not easily offended, but others may be so you may want to let your staff know you can hear them loud and clear in there
