Ok, so I've held kind of a grudge against Pur and Simple because their skillets only come with one egg (I do still think a skillet should come with two, but I digress) but I will say I went to their new location in S Burlington yesterday and had a great breakfast. Wife got the Santa Fe Benedict, and I got the Simple and both were delicious. We both opted for the spicy hollandaise which was tasty (and I got an extra side). I also need to point out their home fries are the best I've had in a long time. Nice and crispy and seasoned well. There can be a bit of a wait but it's nice that you can join the waitlist ahead of time on their website with real-time updates to your place in line.
