Tried Pita Republic for the first time tonight. Don't plan on it being my last. I got the lamb shawarma plate, and my wife got the chicken shawarma plate. We both did half and half with half Greek salad, and half hummus. I realized a bit too late exactly what that meant, which was there wouldn't be any rice. That has to be ordered as one of the halves. Oh well, I will know for next time and mix it up. The Greek salad was delicious. One thing I will ask for differently next time though is not to have the garlic and hot sauce poured over the salad. The lamb was tasty with good flavor. My wife also liked the chicken. Saw they had baklava and was going to get some and forgot! Again, next time.
