Love their skillets

Guaranteed not to leave hungry from Mo's Family Restaurant. Pictured are eggs florentine and their country skillet. Delicious and plentiful as always. The only thing, and this has now happened to me two times in a row I ordered a skillet and it came out on a regular plate. Last time they said they had run out of skillets this time not sure what happened but I told her I wanted one and she brought it back and they did take care of it and do it properly. May seem petty but if I ordered a skillet I want it on a skillet. Anyway, great as always and just look at those true hash browns. Why don't more places have them?
