I finally made it to Marble Slab Creamery today and am happy to report that it was the best ice cream I've had in a long time. For those unfamiliar with the concept, the way it works is you choose your flavor and then choose from their numerous toppings (which are unlimited by the way) and then they put the ice cream on a cold marble slab and mash everything together. It can be a little overwhelming with all the different options so they have kind of a menu of different suggestions. I went with the I think cool mint something which was mint ice cream, chocolate chips and chocolate fudge. I also added some almond slices and had it on one of their delicious waffle sugar cones. So good. My daughter got birthday cake something or other which is what is being made in the video. I was surprised to see how empty this place was on such a hot day. I expected there to be a line out the door. Definitely check this place out.
