Tried Kukus chicken for dinner tonight and it was really good. We went with an eight piece family meal which came with 2 breasts, 3 legs and 3 thighs and 1 large side which we chose the mashed potatoes. The chicken breading was good, and the meat cooked perfectly. The breading wasn't very crispy but that was probably a concenquense of taking it to go. Unfortunately they were out of their cole slaw so I wasn't able to try that. The two people working there, who I'm assuming were the owners were really friendly. The place seemed pretty empty so hopefully this post gets some people to try it and support a locally owned business. Sorry for the not great pic. Already started eating before I remembered I forgot to take one.
