Tasty Columbian food

Admittedly I don't know a lot about Colombian food but after the delicious meal I had tonight I am going to have to familiarize myself with it along with the menu of Hola Kitchen. I have been meaning to try this place, and earlier someone was looking for chicharones and guacamole and someone suggested there. It was perfect timing as I was just trying to figure out dinner. Both my wife and I ended up going with their stuffed plantains. I had the pork and she had the chicken plus guac. You also have the option to add chicharrones to it and I am regretting the decision not doing so now. But even minus chicharones this was absolutely delicious. It's basically a huge plantain stuffed with whatever protein you choose with melted cheese and a few sauces. One is cilantro and I think maybe the other one is hot? So many great flavors all complimenting one another perfectly. After I took the picture I also asked for a side of hot sauce and they brought us out these two little salsas that were really good and had some heat. So, my wife is already planning her meal for next weekend haha. We also each got an iced Americano which were very good, which you would expect from a Colombian restaurant. Oh one thing worth mentioning is they do have a few tables but they also have pretty odd hours where they close at 6:00 Monday through Friday and then 5:00 I think on Saturday and Sunday so it has to be an early dinner.
