I've been giving the new owners time to bake in at D Hotte Shop, and happy to say good as ever. I went with my usual "small" goat roti, spice level hot with gravy on top and a side of their (I think) habanero hot sauce to drizzle over the top. Great as always. I was a little concerned that I was the only person there at noon for a while but after a few minutes it started filling up. If you've been worried, fear not, AND they're finally open past 6!
