You know, I bag on Chipotle a lot. Maybe I'm biased as I did used to eat at their original location in Denver back in the late 90s when it was really good. I haven't had one of their burritos in years, but one thing that I'll have every now and then which always seem to be consistently good are their salads. Had to go to the mall today so I decided to do that for lunch and I gotta say, it was hella good at a very reasonable price ($12.70). I did a salad with chicken, no rice (substituted extra pinto beans instead), cheese, sour cream, both some pico de gallo and their hot salsa and also paid the $1.25 for a side of their red Chimchurri sauce witch was great. Oh, and I also have to give them props for having both the green and chipotle Tabasco sauces. I sure wish any other restaurants in the area would have them (for breakfast).
