I've never tried a torta (Mexican sandwich) from Camila. Heading up to mount Nemo to go hiking so was in the area so figured it would be a perfect opportunity. Just look at this monster. Glad I grabbed a fork. So much goodness. They have either an al pastor or carne asada option. I went with pork Pastor (they also have a chicken pastor option, which is the only place I've seen that). So much flavor and so delicious. I also asked for a side of their hottest salsa which really added to it, with a horchata to wash it down. Next time I will probably see what they would charge to throw some avocado on top and maybe some lettuce/tomato.
