If you're looking for the best Parm (chicken, veal, eggplant) in Burlington look no further than California Sandwiches. It's by far the best I've had anywhere close, if not anywhere. I always order mine with extra sauce and extra hot so it comes with a lot of their jalapeno spread which is so delicious. Usually I'd complain about having to pay extra for cheese, onions, mushrooms etc but honestly with how huge this thing is and how much of each they pile on it's still not a bad deal. Check it out if you haven't already. The picture doesn't even really do any justice to what huge pieces of veal those were. So much hanging out past the bread in the back.
