I tried out Blondie's Pizza tonight and was really impressed. Right from the time I called in the order I had a good feeling about it over the phone, as just the way the kids talked to each other reminded me of when I used to work at pizza places back in the Stone Ages. We went with two small (13") pizzas. My wife got the Scarlett Sunrise, and I went with the Fourth Majestic. Both were great. I forgot to watch them, but I'm pretty certain it was hand tossed dough, nice and chewy with a nice char and high quality ingredients. I liked the way their mushrooms were actual whole mushrooms instead of slices. The only miss I would say was the hot honey sauce. We were picturing an actual spicy chili infused honey, but this was a mayo based sauce that didn't really taste like honey, or have any heat to it. Maybe SOMEBODY should have listened to me and had us go with the Black Garlic dipping sauce which I've heard is good. Next time for sure. Hopefully they deliver?
