I've been hoping for a Korean fried chicken place in Burlington for quite some time. This week that wait finally ended when BBQ Chicken (the name doesn't make sense to me, either) opened on Appleby. I had hoped to give them a bit more time to get the kinks worked out, but with the roads the way they were tonight it made sense to get something nearby. We went with an 8-piece bone in box with their Secret Sauce, and an order of their kimchi fries. The chicken was very good, decent size pieces consisting of drums and thighs. The sauce was good but I will order a different one with a bit more heat next time as I like my food spicy. The kimchi fries honestly I will probably pass on next time and try something else. All in all a pretty good deal for $42 including tax that easily fed two of us. A nice addition to the neighborhood and looking forward to making my way through their menu.
