The post the other day and it's responses about good bagel places reminded me that I needed to try The Bagel Barn. I remember going there a while back but ended up leaving without ordering anything. I think they were out of lox (smoked salmon) and I had just kind of written them off at that point and always go JCs. Thankfully I decided to give them another try today and I'm glad I did. It was really good. Nice sized bagel with very good flavor, and it was nice to get a bagel toasted that was actually toasted. Usually I have to ask for places to double toast but this was done perfectly. Bonus points for them giving me a discount for being a 49er fan LoL
